The Siemens Mobility, Inc. Rolling Stock factory in Sacramento, CA is seeking qualified
Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) and Small Businesses that are able to supply goods and
services in the area of railcar manufacturing. This can include but is not limited to: car body
assemblies and components, interior and exterior illumination components, windows, windscreens,
seats, interior paneling, luggage racks, handrails, flooring, traction electric components, wheel sets,
diesel and cooling systems, cabling, high and low voltage electrical cabinets, fire detectors, fire
extinguishers, smoke detectors, passenger information system and infotainment, destination signs,
HVAC units, door components, brake systems, vehicle control systems, mechanical and electrical
connecting parts, hardware, shipping supplies, MRO supplies, logistics, decal and vehicle wrapping,
and technical services.
