Alpenglow owns and operates six rail terminals with a combined 6,500 railcar storage spots; switches more than 100,000 carloads per year; and provides transloading and railcar cleaning and repair services in Canada and the U.S. Gulf Coast.

Following five-plus years of service at Alstom, Dejah Singh has joined HNTB as a project manager, driving fleet and facility modernization projects and programs for the firm’s clients. She will oversee all facets of the project lifecycle, spanning from scope development to cost management, quality control and project management.

At Alstom, Singh served most recently as a field services project manager, helping to oversee the integration and performance of the newly delivered Amtrak next-generation high-speed trainsets.

Singh earned a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Old Dominion University, Frank Batten College of Engineering and Technology.

“Dejah’s deep understanding of transit and rail engineering, mechanics and operations, particularly in vehicles and systems, brings tremendous value to our team,” said Jeremy Colello, HNTB’s Pennsylvania Office Leader and Vice President. “As transit agencies look for ways to advance and modernize their vehicles and supporting systems, her proven track record of success and passion for advancing infrastructure align perfectly with our commitment to delivering exceptional client service on their most important priorities.”
