CN, CP end litigation over Hunter Harrison
Written by Mischa Wanek-Libman, Editor, Railway Track & Structures; and Engineering Editor, Railway AgeCN announced Monday that it had settled its differences with CP and its former CEO Hunter Harrison over Harrison's joining CP as CEO. The announcement came as CN Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer, Keith Creel, announced that that he will join CP as its president and chief operating officer.
