Rail Insights 2024: Joe Hinrichs to Open Virtual Event

Joe Hinrichs, President and CEO, CSX, will open the Railway Age Rail Insights virtual conference on June 20.
Hinrichs’ fireside chat with Railway Age Editor-in-Chief William C. Vantuono will touch upon the strategy behind CSX’s industry-leading service metrics. They will also discuss the “ONE CSX” culture that empowers employees to better-serve customers and work safely.
“Working together, the ONE CSX team delivered a good start to the year that was in-line with our expectations,” Hinrichs commented in his 1Q24 earnings call. “We were pleased to see our consistent customer service performance lead to volume growth, and we remain focused on improving the reliability and fluidity of our network. Looking ahead, with favorable trends across many of the markets we serve, we are eager to build on our momentum over the rest of the year and beyond.”
