Chattanooga, Tenn.-based Bohr Electronics on Aug. 16 announced that it has named Joseph Schultheis Operations Manager at the company’s production facility in Searcy, Ark.

In this role, Schultheis, a U.S. Navy veteran, will “oversee and optimize production to ensure efficiency, quality and continuous improvement,” according to the rail equipment provider.

“Joe has played a critical role over the past 15 years in overseeing logistics, coordinating shipments, and ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products, most recently at Sysco,” said Bohr Vice President of Operations Bryan Grillone. “That ability to get quality products in and out the door on a timely basis is fundamental to who Bohr is, a reliable supplier to the passenger rail and freight railroad industries. Most importantly, Joe is an effective leader and developer of people. We look forward to the contributions Joe will make.”

“I’m honored to join Bohr Electronics, a company with a great reputation in the rail industry for more than six decades,” said Schultheis. “I’m excited to contribute to its ongoing success, collaborate with the talented Bohr team, and leverage our collective strengths.”
