CN files shelf prospectus for C$6 billion of debt securities
Written by Carolina Worrell, Senior EditorCanadian National Railway (CN) filed on Jan. 5, 2016 a final shelf prospectus with Canadian securities regulators and a registration statement with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), pursuant to which CN may issue up to C$6 billion of debt securities in Canadian and U.S. markets over the next 25 months.
